About Connor Adams, Principal Biologist

Connor specializes in plants, and has a wealth of knowledge in plant taxonomy in California. He has over 7,000 hours of experience performing plant surveys throughout California and Oregon. He is familiar with focused rare plant surveys, floristic surveys, 25m floral transects, Daubenmire method, and meter squared plots.

Connor’s botany background support his work performing wetland delineations. He has performed delineations in the Sierra Nevada, Central Valley, and Coastal Range regions of California.

Connor’s experience with special status wildlife species extends to California red-legged frog, California tiger salamander, Western bumblebee, Northern Spotted Owl, Western pond turtle, and nesting birds.

Connor has over 2,000 hours of construction monitoring experience, and excels in communicating environmental compliance goals and regulations with project stakeholders and workers.
